All our jewellery is made by craftsmen in our Parisian workshop.

Most of our articles are available on our website. 

In order to know the availability of a jewel, choose the one that interests you on our website. If the "add to cart" button appears, it means that you can order it online. 

The note "available within 3 to 4 days "under the "add to cart" button, indicates that the chosen jewelry is in production, but you still can order it. However, please note, that the delivery time may be extended by a few days. 

On the other hand, if the "pre-order" button appears, it means that the jewel is not available and that it will be manufactured once you have placed your pre-order. The production time is one to two weeks. 

If the "sold out" button appears, it means that the jewelry you chose is unavailable and can't be ordered.

All our jewellery is made from a selection of beautiful materials. To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, it is advisable to take care of it and follow a few rules of use.

We recommend that you keep it away from perfume, water, make-up and hydroalcoholic gel.

All our jewels are guaranteed for 3 years, and we undertake to repair them free of charge during this period.

If your jewel is no longer under warranty, you can contact us via our customer service, and we will find the most suitable solution.

For any repair, you can deposit your jewel in our shop. If you cannot come, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, we will be happy to tell you the procedure to follow.

In order to guarantee its quality, your jewel will be carefully repaired by the craftsmen of our workshop.

We have a shop in Paris and a website that delivers everywhere in France, in the DOM-TOMs as well as in several countries abroad. 

We also have dealers in Japan.

ACCOUNT

Go to the home page of our website and click on the "my account" icon. Choose "create an account" and fill in the required information. Then validate your account and you will receive a confirmation email.

Creating your account allows you to:

- Remember your favorites

- Follow the delivery of your order

- Save your purchase history

- Save and manage your personal information

We invite you to click on "Forgotten password" when logging in. You will receive a link to your email address that will allow you to reset your password.

If you have any problem, you can contact our customer service. 

To modify the data of your account, go to the "my account" section by entering your username and password.

Once logged in, you can modify or delete the desired information on your profile.

To permanently delete your account, please contact our customer service who will guide you through the steps to follow.

ORDER

Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to modify the content.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is still possible to cancel your order by contacting our customer service.

If you have created an account, you can access your order history by logging into your account and going to the “my orders” section.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our customer service.

After validation of your order, your package will be prepared within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Each order is carefully packaged in our workshops, in small reusable pouches.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email which can be used as a receipt within the framework of the guarantee of our jewels.

If you are willing to make a special order including a message or a gift wrap, we invite you to fill in this information in your basket by clicking on "Add a note" or contact our customer service.

PAYMENT

Payment for purchases on our site is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or through Paypal.

All transactions made in our website are secure. Our site is equipped with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. We do not keep your bank details.

DELIVERY and RETURNS

You will receive several e-mails informing you of the progress of your order. You can also log into your customer account and go to the "My orders" section. If you placed your order as a guest, you will receive several emails informing you of the progress of your order. You can also contact us through our customer service.

As soon as your order is validated, several delivery options are available to you:

In store, with your order confirmation, you can pick up your jewel the same day during the opening hours of our shop.

In metropolitan France, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

In Europe, the delivery time is 4 to 12 working days.

Internationally, the delivery time is 3 to 12 working days.

We offer you the possibility of ordering on our website and picking up your jewel in store whatever the amount of your purchase.

In metropolitan France, the shipping cost is 7,80€ and for any order over 90€ tax included, we offer delivery to the address indicated.

For all European union countries orders, delivery cost is 11€ and free for an amount over 300€ tax excluded.

For all international orders (countries out of EU), delivery fee is 29€ and free for an amount over 300€ tax excluded.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

We invite you to contact our customer service who will tell you how to proceed. You can return your jewel to us by depositing it in our shop or at your charges by carrier.

We will refund any unworn item returned in its original packaging. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for your purchase, within two weeks of receipt of your return.

If your package arrived damaged or if the jewellery delivered does not conform to your order, please contact our customer service.
